Located in downtown Burlington, we believe in scratch baking using only real butter and real cream, Madagascar Vanilla Bean Paste and couverture chocolate. We do not use fillers, additives or preservatives. If you buy a Lemon Tart, you know someone has spent an afternoon juicing and zesting sunshine. It’s a difference you can taste.
MollyCake was born out of a love for all things baked. With a history of experimenting with sweet flavours from an early age, a background in graphic design and a pure adoration for baking, Christine’s creativity has finally found a place to shine. Having graduated from the Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts, Christine has been taught by some of the best cake designers in the country and loves using her experiences to design custom cakes and sweets for your special occasions.
